Fractional Equity Shares (FSRs) Issued Through CFDs Are An Over-the-counter Derivative. Unlike Whole Shares, FSRs Do Not Carry Any Voting Rights. When An Investor Further Invests In The FSR And Eventually Gets A Whole Share, The CFD Is Position Squaring And Ownership Is Delivered In Full To The Investor.
