The Official Website Of Qtmarkets Cannot Be Accessed Normally At Present. The Company Seems To Have Gone Out Of Business. Therefore We Can Only Collect Some Relevant Information For Reference Only.
2022-07-06 We Have Confirmed After Review That Qtmarkets Is An Unregulated Foreign Exchange Trader
Qtmarkets Claims To Have Been Established In 2002. However, When We Checked Its Domain Name, We Found That The Website Was Actually Created In 2022. So How Could It Have Started Business In 2002? This Is A Red Flag.
In Addition, Qtmarkets Claims That Its Company Is Headquartered In Hong Kong, With Direct Subsidiaries In The United States, Vanuatu And Sydney, Australia, And Is Authorized To Provide Financial Services And Regulated By Local Financial Regulators. Based On This Claim, We Searched For A Number Of Regulators, Including:
1) Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission (HK SFC);
2) National Futures Association (NFA);
3) Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC);
4) Australian Securities And Investments Commission (ASIC).
However, We Did Not Find Any Results Matching Qtmarkets In The Registration With The Above Regulators. This Means That Qtmarkets Is Not Regulated By Any Regulators. Investors' Funds Invested In This Broker Are Not Safe And Cannot Be Protected By Any Laws. It Is A Fake Trader.
Due To The Current Inability To Access The Broker's Website, We Are Also Unable To Obtain More Direct Details About Its Trading Assets, Leverage, Spreads, Trading Platform, Minimum Deposit, Etc.
As For Supervision, It Has Been Verified That Qtmarkets Has Not Obtained Any Valid Licenses At Present.
But Most Non-compliant Brokers Will Not Disclose To Provide Other More Direct And Truthful Contact Information, Such As Phone Numbers Or Company Addresses.
Note: Qtmarkets As A, Unregulated Broker Means That Clients' Investments May Not Be Adequately Protected. Due To The Lack Of A Regulator To Hold Companies Accountable, The Lack Of Regulation Increases The Risk Of Potential Financial Losses.
If Investing In An Unregulated Broker, There Is A Good Chance That They Will Run Away With Your Hard-earned Money Without Any Recourse. Therefore, Investors Must Be Extremely Cautious And Remind Everyone To Stay Away From These Unregulated As Much As Possible When Choosing A Broker.
