DLS Claims To Be Owned And Operated By Dragon Leader Services Limited, And Claims That The Company Is An Authorized Dealer And Holds Operating Licenses Issued By Multiple Regulators, Including The Australian Securities And Investments Commission (ASIC), The Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) And The Financial Commission.
