ESANDAR ARTHAMAS BERJANGKA, Both Registered And Headquartered In Jakarta, And Was Established By Deed No. 38 Dated February 16, 2004, Which Was Formulated In Front Of Marina Soewana, SH, Notary Public In Gunung Saharan, Central Jakarta.
As A Futures Broker, ESAFX Was Established Based On The Following Regulations And Regulations:
Law No. 32/1997 On Commodity Futures Trading.
Government Regulation (PP) No. 9/1999 On The Implementation Of Commodity Futures Trading.
