划点严重，随意穿改k线，几年了，找客服处理一直没有解决

I've been completely screwed over by the technical issues of this garbage platform! When trading gold on their MT5, the candlestick charts are always drifting and misaligned, showing a drop when it should be a rise. At critical moments, it inevitably freezes, and by the time I can act, the best entry point is already gone. The app design is downright anti-human—the order button often doesn’t respond, and their website crashes every other day. The most disgusting part is the gold spreads. Even when the market is calm, they suddenly jump from the normal 5 pips to over 40 pips! I’ve compared quotes from other platforms at the same time, and the spreads were nowhere near that wide. It’s blatantly obvious the platform is manipulating things behind the scenes, using technical glitches as an excuse to screw traders out of their money! My trading records and screenshots prove it all!

This forex platform's promotion is nothing but an elaborately designed scam! After I participated in the "deposit bonus" campaign, the platform initially allowed me to use EA trading, but when I reached 80 lots, they suddenly started systematic slippage. The most glaring example was a gold trade where the spread reached $15, completely inconsistent with normal market fluctuations.  

The customer service response was even more infuriating—first claiming "the technical team is investigating," then a week later changing their tune to "your trading strategy triggered risk control." Now, my account seems remotely manipulated by the platform, with abnormal slippage occurring on every order. Both my $10,000 principal and $1,000 bonus are frozen, and withdrawing requires accepting losses. This deliberate creation of trading obstacles through technical means amounts to financial fraud!

When the U.S. non-farm payroll data was released, I made two trades on the platform and got completely screwed! Even worse, my buy order for USD/CHF at 0.9011 was filled at 0.9027, losing another 16 pips. When I complained to customer service, they just said it was normal due to market volatility, but none of my trading friends experienced such outrageous slippage! It’s obvious the platform was playing dirty during the data release.
