Repurchase of shares in Humana during week 14, 2025

During the period 31 March 2025 to 4 April 2025, Humana AB (publ) (LEI code 549300A5X3MXUDS67N81) ("Humana") has repurchased a total of 174.646 own shares (ISIN: SE0008040653) within the framework of the buy-back program initiated by Humana's Board of Directors in order to improve the company's capital structure.

The repurchases are part of the buy-back program of a maximum of 1,000,000 own shares for a total amount of up to SEK 52.5 million that Humana announced on 17 March 2025. In accordance with the press release of 20 March 2025, the buy-back program runs from March 20, 2025, until the Annual General Meeting 2025 and is carried out in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR") and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 (the "Safe Harbour Regulation").

Humana's shares have been repurchased as follows:

All acquisitions have been carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB on behalf of Humana. Following the above acquisitions, Humana's holding of own shares amounts to 1,395,277 shares as of April 4, 2025. The total number of shares in Humana, including the treasury shares, amounts to 51,826,058. The number of outstanding shares, excluding the treasury shares, amounts to 50,430,781.
