I've been completely screwed over by the technical issues of this garbage platform! When trading gold on their MT5, the candlestick charts are always drifting and misaligned, showing a drop when it should be a rise. At critical moments, it inevitably freezes, and by the time I can act, the best entry point is already gone. The app design is downright anti-human—the order button often doesn’t respond, and their website crashes every other day. The most disgusting part is the gold spreads. Even when the market is calm, they suddenly jump from the normal 5 pips to over 40 pips! I’ve compared quotes from other platforms at the same time, and the spreads were nowhere near that wide. It’s blatantly obvious the platform is manipulating things behind the scenes, using technical glitches as an excuse to screw traders out of their money! My trading records and screenshots prove it all!
