First Commercial Bank，简称“First Bank”或“FCB”，是一间总部设于台湾台北市的一所大型商业银行，为台湾第一家民营银行与第二家本土银行，三商银之一，由日治时期南部仕绅创立，由1899年成立的Taiwan Savings Bank历经多番改制而成，现为隶属于**First Financial Holding Co., Ltd.**旗下的主要子公司，为台湾“八大行库”之一。

历史
位于台北市的Taiwan Industrial and Commercial Bank本店
1899年11月12日，Taiwan Savings Bank开业，本店设于台北城内文武街。1910年8月12日，Taiwan Industrial and Commercial Bank开业，以开发台湾南部产业为主要目的，创始人之一苏云英为前行政院院长苏贞昌之祖父，本店设于阿缑厅港西中里阿缑街（今台湾省屏东县屏东市）。1912年，Taiwan Industrial and Commercial Bank本店迁至台北抚台街一丁目，同时合并Taiwan Savings Bank。1923年，Taiwan Industrial and Commercial Bank合并Chiayi Bank、Shinko Bank，营业区遍及台湾西部各地。1940年代，Taiwan Industrial and Commercial Bank在台湾地区有约三十多家支店（分行）与出张所（办事处）。

First Commercial Bank总行（已拆除）
1945年10月25日，国民政府接收台湾，将Taiwan Industrial and Commercial Bank收归台湾省政府持股。1947年Taiwan Industrial and Commercial Bank改组更名为“Taiwan Industrial Bank”，1949年3月1日再更名为“Taiwan First Commercial Bank”；嗣为加强业务国际化之经营策略，1976年再更名为“First Commercial Bank”，1998年1月22日由公营体制转型为民营银行。2003年1月2日“First Financial Holding Co., Ltd.”成立，随即纳入First Commercial Bank为其子公司。

First Commercial Bank现有资本额新台币908.8亿圆，总资产及第一类资本排名世界前二百五十大。营业单位国内除总行营业部外，尚有187家分行；另有30家国外分支行、3家办事处、1家子银行及8家分行，进驻国际大都会及金融商业中心，配合客户经营需要，满足台商企业的全方位金融服务。

1981年，First Commercial Bank于台北市重庆南路一段兴建总行大楼，由建筑师郭茂林设计，为当时台湾第一高楼。

2018年2月13日，建立LINE官方账号，并推出免费贴图，打造“小粉狮”作为First Bank吉祥物。

2019年4月15日，数位账户品牌“iLEO”正式上线。
