Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation（简称：MUTB，日语：三菱UFJ信託銀行株式会社）是日本的一家大型信托银行，属于Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group的控制下，以资产而言是世界最大的金融机构之一。
概要
2005年10月1日，随着Mitsubishi Tokyo Financial Group和UFJ Holdings的合并，各自旗下的Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corporation和UFJ Trust Bank同时合组成为了全新的Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation。今天，MUTB持有将近1.5兆的美国信托资产，同时也是世界上最大的金融投资机构之一。
历史
1927年－Mitsubishi Trust Co., Ltd.成立。
1927年－Kawasaki Trust Co., Ltd.成立。
1947年－Kawasaki Trust Co., Ltd.改名为Japan Trust Co., Ltd.。
1948年－Japan Trust Co., Ltd.改名为The Nippon Trust Bank, Ltd.。
1948年－Mitsubishi Trust Co., Ltd.改名为Asahi Trust Bank, Ltd.。
1952年－Asahi Trust Bank, Ltd.改名为Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corporation。
1993年－The Tokyo Trust Bank, Ltd.（当时The Bank of Tokyo的信托银行子公司）成立。
2001年－Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corporation，The Nippon Trust Bank, Ltd.和The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd.通过股票转移合并成为Mitsubishi Tokyo Financial Group, Inc.。
2005年－UFJ Holdings和Mitsubishi Tokyo Financial Group宣布合并。
2005年－UFJ Trust Bank和Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corporation正式合并改名为Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation。
