KGI Bank（金融机构代号：809），简称KGI Bank、KGI Commercial Bank，是台湾的中型商业银行之一，隶属于China Development Financial Holding Corporation旗下子公司，目前国内分行据点共有51间。

KGI Bank原为1990年由Prince Motors创办人许胜发发起成立的“Cosmos Commercial Bank”，最初资本额为新台币120亿元，主要股东包括Prince Motors、Hsing Fu Cement、Shihlin Paper、Sanfu Motors、Southeast Cement、Kenda Industrial、Housheng Glass。
Cosmos Commercial Bank于1991年8月13日经财政部核准设立，1992年1月14日取得经济部公司执照，1992年2月12日开始营业。
1998年4月13日，Cosmos Commercial Bank以台币15亿8,800万元收购Tainan Fourth Credit Cooperative。
1999年7月，Cosmos Commercial Bank自日本引入现金卡业务，首创台湾市场现金卡业务，发行“George and Mary”现金卡，代言人是安以轩，并建置现金卡自动贷款机。
2001年6月30日，Cosmos Bank以台币8亿元收购Miaoli Credit Cooperative。2002年10月31日，Cosmos Bank合并旗下子公司“Cosmos Securities Finance Corporation”。2003年7月28日，Cosmos Bank以新台币5亿1,880万元收购Hsinchu Fifth Credit Cooperative。
2014年2月10日，China Development Financial Holding Corporation以Cosmos Bank每股现金新台币13.4元换China Development Financial Holding Corporation普通股0.2股，合并Cosmos Bank，合并总金额约新台币230.94亿元。9月15日，China Development Financial Holding Corporation完成将Cosmos Bank并入为子公司，Cosmos Bank股票转换后下市。
KGI Bank时期
2015年1月5日，Cosmos Bank更名为“KGI Commercial Bank”，企业识别系统改用China Development Financial Holding Corporation企业识别系统。5月4日，China Development Financial Holding Corporation将China Development Industrial Bank的企业金融与金融市场业务让与KGI Bank。5月12日，KGI Bank营业部迁入China Development Financial Holding Corporation大楼，并导入新开发的智慧填单系统。
2017年率先获得柜买中心出具绿色债券资格认可文件，成为台湾首批发行绿色债券的金融机构之一。除此之外，同年度提倡客户拥有资料可携权，推出“KGI inside”开放金融服务元件化与新创业者介接，落实开放银行理念。
2018年与Chunghwa Telecom携手合作开发“行动身份认证”技术，打造国内首件“手机门号办贷款”商品，为国内金融监理沙盒创新实验计划首例。
2019年陆续打造新型态分行中山分行、天母分行、新庄分行、敦南分行，结合当地文创品牌与新锐艺术家，跨界打造兼具社区共享与人文温度的服务体验，开放空间作为社区文化或公益运用。
2020年运用数位科技协助计程车司机建构银行体系信用纪录，推出“计程车司机速还金”信贷服务。
2022年宣布正式签署加入“Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials”（简称PCAF）。
