This notice has been prepared by Forex Capital Trading Pty Ltd ABN 69 119 086 270 (ForexCT) for its former customers.
ForexCT no longer provides financial services
ForexCT no longer holds an Australian financial services licence and has ceased providing financial services in Australia. Our online trading platform has been decommissioned and we are in the process of closing down our business operations in Australia. As at 27 July 2020, ForexCT terminated its remaining customer agreements with its customers. ForexCT will not on-board any new customers.
Client money balances
If you were previously a customer of ForexCT, and still had client money balances with ForexCT as at 27 July 2020, ForexCT has attempted to contact you to seek payment instructions so that it can return these funds to you. If you have not provided us with these instructions, please do so as soon as possible. If you do not give us your payment instructions, then your balances have the potential to become unclaimed money. We intend to remit your balances as unclaimed money to the State Revenue Office of Victoria.
