Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation（簡稱：MUTB，日語：三菱UFJ信託銀行株式會社）是日本的一家大型信託銀行，屬於Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group的控制下，以資產而言是世界最大的金融機構之一。
概要
2005年10月1日，隨着Mitsubishi Tokyo Financial Group和UFJ Holdings的合併，各自旗下的Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corporation和UFJ Trust Bank同時合組成爲了全新的Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation。今天，MUTB持有將近1.5兆的美國信託資產，同時也是世界上最大的金融投資機構之一。
歷史
1927年－Mitsubishi Trust Co., Ltd.成立。
1927年－Kawasaki Trust Co., Ltd.成立。
1947年－Kawasaki Trust Co., Ltd.改名爲Japan Trust Co., Ltd.。
1948年－Japan Trust Co., Ltd.改名爲The Nippon Trust Bank, Ltd.。
1948年－Mitsubishi Trust Co., Ltd.改名爲Asahi Trust Bank, Ltd.。
1952年－Asahi Trust Bank, Ltd.改名爲Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corporation。
1993年－The Tokyo Trust Bank, Ltd.（當時The Bank of Tokyo的信託銀行子公司）成立。
2001年－Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corporation，The Nippon Trust Bank, Ltd.和The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd.通過股票轉移合併成爲Mitsubishi Tokyo Financial Group, Inc.。
2005年－UFJ Holdings和Mitsubishi Tokyo Financial Group宣佈合併。
2005年－UFJ Trust Bank和Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corporation正式合併改名爲Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation。
