MUFG Bank（日語：三菱UFJ銀行／みつびしユーエフジェイぎんこう mitsubishi yūefujei ginkō），是日本一家都市銀行，由The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi與UFJ Bank在2006年1月1日合併而成，隸屬日本資產最龐大的金融集團Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group旗下，金融機構編號0005。以資產計，該行是日本最大的銀行，總行位於東京都內鄰近皇居的丸之內商業區。
前身MUFG Bank由The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi與UFJ Bank合併而成，於2006年1月1日成立，當時名稱爲“The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ”，2018年4月1日改爲現名。
The Bank of Tokyo-MitsubishiThe Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd.，爲Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group的成員之一，亦是Mitsubishi Group的子公司之一。前身是Mitsubishi Bank, Ltd.，創立於1919年8月25日，和The Bank of Tokyo, Ltd.，一家以外匯爲主要業務的銀行，在1946年由被駐日盟軍總司令部（GHQ）強制解散的Yokohama Specie Bank的資產爲基礎成立。
UFJ BankUFJ Bank, Ltd.，成立於2002年，由位於大阪的Sanwa Bank, Ltd.與位於名古屋的Tokai Bank, Ltd.所合併組成。因其前母公司UFJ Holdings與Tokyo Mitsubishi Financial Group在2005年10月1日的合併，而成爲日本資產最多的金融機構“Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group”的一部分。
歷史
- 1880年－Mitsubishi Exchange Bureau由郵便汽船Mitsubishi會社（現今之Nippon Yusen）中分離獨立成立。
- 1885年－Mitsubishi Exchange Bureau關閉。該處所有職員調配至The 119th National Bank。
- 1895年－設立Mitsubishi Joint Stock Company Banking Department，承繼了The 119th National Bank之所有業務。
- 1919年－設立Mitsubishi Bank, Ltd.，承繼了Mitsubishi Joint Stock Company Banking Department之所有業務。
- 1929年－Mitsubishi Bank合併了Morimura Bank, Ltd.。
- 1933年－The Thirty-fourth Bank, Ltd.、Yamaguchi Bank, Ltd.和Konoike Bank, Ltd.進行整並，成爲Sanwa Bank, Ltd.。
- 1940年－Mitsubishi Bank合併了Kanehara Bank, Ltd.。
- 1941年－Aichi Bank, Ltd.、Nagoya Bank, Ltd.和Ito Bank, Ltd.進行整並，成爲Tokai Bank, Ltd.。
- 1942年－Mitsubishi Bank合併了Tokyo Nakano Bank, Ltd.。
- 1942年－Sanwa Bank與Hannan Bank進行分割合併。
- 1943年－Mitsubishi Bank合併了The 100th Bank, Ltd.。
- 1945年－Sanwa Bank與Sanwa Trust Co., Ltd.及Daido Bank, Ltd.進行合併。
- 1945年－Tokai Bank與Okazaki Bank, Ltd.、Inazawa Bank, Ltd.及Ono Bank, Ltd.進行合併。
- 1945年－Sanwa Bank與Owada Bank, Ltd.進行合併。
- 1946年－Yokohama Specie Bank成立了該行子公司－The Bank of Tokyo, Ltd.，並將原有之普通銀行業務移交至該子公司內。
- 1948年－Mitsubishi Bank因故更名，“Mitsubishi”一詞無法使用而改稱爲Chiyoda Bank。
- 1951年～1952年－Sanwa Bank在大阪府南部之部分分行讓渡給Senshu Bank。
- 1953年－Chiyoda Bank公司名稱改回成Mitsubishi Bank。
- 1954年－The Bank of Tokyo依據日本外匯銀行法轉換成專業外匯交易銀行。日本國內大部分之分行則讓渡給了Dai-Ichi Bank、Mitsui Bank、Daiwa Bank等數行。
- 1960年－Sanwa Bank將行下之信託部門轉讓至Toyo Trust Bank, Ltd.（現今之Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation）。
- 1962年－Tokai Bank將行下之信託部門轉讓至Central Trust Bank, Ltd.（現今之Chuo Mitsui Trust and Banking Company, Limited）。
- 1967年－Mitsubishi Bank成立“Diamond Credit Co., Ltd.”，隨後改稱DC Card，爲現今之Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos Co., Ltd.。
- 1968年－Tokai Bank成立“Million Card Service Co., Ltd.”，爲現今之Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos Co., Ltd.。
- 1991年－Tokai Bank合併了Sanwa Credit Union。
- 1992年－Sanwa Bank合併了Toyo Credit Union。
- 1993年－Mitsubishi Bank合併了“Kasukabe Credit”組合。
- 1995年－Tokai Bank另設立了Tokai Trust Bank。
- 1995年－Sanwa Bank另設立了Sanwa Trust Bank。
- 1995年－Osaka Credit Union破產。Tokai Bank決定承接Osaka Credit Union之不良債權以外的所有業務。於1997年概括承受其業務。
- 1996年－Mitsubishi Bank與The Bank of Tokyo進行合併，成爲The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd.。
- 1999年－Toyo Trust Bank與Sanwa Trust Bank進行合併。
- 2001年－The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi與The Nippon Trust Bank及Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corporation，共同以透過股份移轉方式而設立了Mitsubishi Tokyo Financial Group, Inc.（MTFG），並歸於旗下成爲完全子公司。
- 2002年－Sanwa Bank與Tokai Bank進行合併，成爲UFJ Bank, Ltd.。
- 2004年－The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi成爲DC Card之髮卡銀行，並開辦二合一之芯片金融信用卡，並在日本國內首創內含有手掌靜脈辨識功能之金融卡（此種卡片之發行，成爲日本國內都市銀行之首例）。
- 2005年－Mitsubishi Tokyo Financial Group和UFJ Holdings，合併爲“Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc.”。The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi與UFJ Bank則分設於該集團旗下。
- 2006年－The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi與UFJ Bank進行合併，成爲The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.。
- 2007年6月30日－MUFG Bank (China), Ltd.成立。
- 2012年12月26日－MUFG Bank斥約58億港元入股越南第二大上市銀行VietinBank兩成股權。
- 2013年7月3日－MUFG Bank決定最高以5,600億日圓（合56.1億美元）收購泰國Bank of Ayudhya 75%股權，創始者Ratanarak家族則同意保留在Bank of Ayudhya 25%的股權。
- 2015年1月5日－MUFG Bank曼谷分行5日正式吸收合併泰國Bank of Ayudhya。這是日本的銀行首次把亞洲其他國家的大型銀行納入旗下，合併後的貸款餘額規模在泰國位列第五。
- 2016年1月15日 - MUFG Bank向菲律賓Security Bank出資約1,000億日元，獲得約20%的股份。
- 2018年4月1日 - 因業務發展需要，MUFG Bank更名爲MUFG Bank。
