Members Of The Audi Family, As Well As Kuwaiti Investors, Were The First Shareholders. The Shareholder Base Has Been Expanding Since 1983 And Currently Consists Of More Than 1,500 Holders Of Common Shares And Global Depositary Receipts.
In 2004, Audi Bank Signed A Merger Agreement With Banque Saradar, Making Saradar Holding One Of The Largest Shareholders In Bank Audi Sal - Audi Saradar Group. After Six Years Of Managing Audi Saradar Group Private Banking, Both Banks Split, And Audi Bank Continues To Operate Independently.
On February 20, 2019, Audi Bank Announced A New Deposit Agreement Under Which BNY Mellon Became The Successor Depositary Bank To Its Global Depository Receipt Program, Replacing Deutsche Bank Trust Of The Americas As The Depositary Bank.
