In Other Words, Each Share Of Lyon Stock Was Priced At 56 Euros, And The Capital Involved 16 Billion Euros About 16.50 Billion US Dollars (about HK $127.49 Billion) To Acquire 82.2% Of The Shares Of The Sixth Largest Bank In France. Cre ́ Dit Agricole Currently Holds 17.8% Of The Shares In Lyon. After The Merger, It Became The Largest Bank In The Euro Area.
