Currently, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine holds all shares, and the Cabinet of Ministers exercises the highest management powers. demand depositsFor example, the "Standard Current Account" has an opening threshold of 0 hryvnia, an annualized rate of return of about 0.01%–0.5%, the current interest rate can be queried through the branch or the Privat24 app, and the account supports a free monthly fee option (subject to certain trading conditions).
Fixed deposits: support hryvnia, USD, EUR and other currencies, with a term of 1 to 12 months, and a minimum deposit of 1000 hryvnia. The maximum annual interest rate in 2025 can reach 12% (12 months for an amount less than 5 million hryvnia).

Personal Line of Credit: For quick loans (APR as low as 15%, maximum amount of 500,000 hryvnia, term 1–5 years) and asset-backed overdrafts (up to 95% of the value of the assets), the applicant needs a monthly income of more than 50,000 hryvnia, and the approval can be completed within 5 minutes at the earliest.
Flexible repayment mechanism: Support early repayment without penalty, monthly or bi-weekly payment, automatic deduction and other options, customers can manage their debts freely. Small and medium-sized enterprises can apply for wartime low-interest financing schemes such as the 5-7-9% Affordable Loan Program.
