The Vietnam Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (Vietnamese: Ngân hà ng Nông nghi p và Phát trin Nông thôn Vit Nam), commonly known as Agribank, is a state-owned commercial bank in Vietnam. Founded in 1988, it plays an important role in investing in the development of agriculture and the rural economy. The bank is the largest bank in Vietnam in terms of capital, assets, employees, operating network and number of customers. According to the United Nations Development Programme, the bank is the largest enterprise in Vietnam.

The bank was established on March 26, 1988. On November 14, 1990, it was renamed the Agricultural Bank of China of Vietnam. On November 15, 1996, its original name was restored
